RETURNS/EXCHANGES

TRADING

Trading is completely fine and even encouraged as long as you have the pin IN-HAND!

Do not pre-trade any of our pins.

RESELLING

Reselling is allowed 30 (THIRTY) days after purchase. You can't sell any pin for more than 2x times the value listed in our shop or you'll be banned from future pin purchases!

QUANTITY LIMITS

Quantity Limits have been established to make it fairer for everyone. We allow trading or reselling however you can only buy 2 (TWO) of each variant per customer.

EXAMPLE: You can get 2 gold and 2 BN variant in the same purchase.

We have an app to avoid any confusions, however should the app fail you will be refunded of any excess amount you've purchased regardless of grading and only sent one. This is to prevent resellers.

This means you can't make various purchases in different occasions, please save us the trouble to refund your item.

PIN GRADING

As of today we use multiple manufacturers depending on quantity batches. Enamel Pins are a HANDMADE product, this means that is NEVER a completely FLAWLESS product. A GRADE DOESN'T MEAN "PERFECT". If you disagree then we kindly ask you to refrain shopping any SoyNutts design.

A GRADE/STANDARD: Best batch. No flaws or limited to light scratches, small print specks. Face is not free of any visible damage.

B GRADE: Few noticeably flaws, scratches visibles in the enamel. Dirt specks that couldn't be removed, more paint specks noticeably. Print may be slightly offset. Sold with a minor discount.

C GRADE: Deep scratches, underfill and face area may be noticeably affected. Sold with a bigger discount.
