1.  I have a question regarding my shipping:

2.  Why you ask my phone number?

Courier companies require the customer's phone number in order to confirm deliveries. Some courier companies also require an email address in addition to the phone number.

 

3. Is the packaging discreet?

 Hi! These are actual pics of the packaging. We put a stamp and sometimes a sticker with the logo.

 

**If you prefer to, you can leave a not on your order asking for one without a stamp!

 

4.  Will you restock this product

Some products are of a limited availability and are not planned to be restocked again. 

(Enamel Pins, books, and some mousepads)

Mousepads are available for a limited time and is possible some models are not to be restocked again.

5. What is the difference between Glossy and Matte?

Matte: The matte finish helps deflect any glare, making the piece easier to read at any angle. More stylish. Ideal for hanging a picture

Glossy: With gloss lamination, the colors seem to jump off the page. Make the colors pop! But since it's glossy, light will shine through the surface

 

6. How do I redeem or use discounts?

COPY and PASTE the discount code at checkout (there’s a box to put it)

You have to have added the product to your cart before

Example. If the discount is valid for a free print. Add it to your cart and then use the discount code so it’s free of charge

YOU CANT USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNTS AT THE SAME TIME. That applies to automatic ones. 

 

7. The discount code 'FREEPRINT'...

It works with all the prints in the 'Print collection' meaning you can add the 6 from multiple/different characters or series and you'll still get the promo

 

8. Combine Orders

If you have made different orders you can make a note on the purchase, DM me or use the chat function (email works too) to combine shippings.

ATTENTION: If your packages add a certain weight it can vary.

Example:

Your original order is FedEx service for $30. You order again for some heavy product like multiple books. If the added weight is more than a kg then the final shipping will be $40. But we’ll refund you the rest

 

9. Is my package safe?

 

We ship them as sealed as possible, some products are covered in bubble wrap for extra security, however we ask you to understand that the mail system can be a bit rowdy from time to time and we can’t be responsible for minor damages.

However if your package arrives

We ask you to talk to your local post office first and you can contact us at twitter or instagram

 

Both conditions have to be met or else we can’t reship the product. Aditionally check our Refund Policy

Sometimes I don't list the full quantity in stock so if you find something out of stock you can ask me via twitter/instagram and "I'll check in the back" if I have it for some chance
